Gabriel Gonzalez has been moved to the Bexar County

Jail in San Antonio in anticipation of a resentencing

hearing. Some time in the next few weeks there will be

a hearing to confirm that Gabriel wants to keep his

lawyer, which he does. When we find out the date of

the resentencing hearing we will let everyone know;

having supporters at the hearing could positively

affect its outcome.

The resentencing hearing was originally scheduled for

September, but his lawyer cannot do it then. We are

estimating that Gabriel will be in San Antonio for

at least a year.

After the hearing he has only one year to win a

new trial. He deserves a new trial. Please go to his
